Victoria Caroline Adams was born on 17th April 1974 to Jacqueline and Anthony (an electronics
engineer). She grew up in Goffs Oak, Hertfordshire, with her siblings Louise and Christian. She attended St. Mary's High School
in Cheshunt and later Jason Theatre School in Hoddeson but had a hard time with bullying and bad acne in her teens. She
discovered her ambition to be famous when she saw 'Fame' and at 17 enrolled in Laine Theatre Arts College in Epsom (Surrey).
She answered the advert for a girl group in 'The Stage' and made it into the group. She, along with the other 4 girls, had big hits in the 1990's. It was during this time she met Manchester United footballer David Beckham. They married in July 1999, about
4 months after she had their first child, Brooklyn. They had 2 more children, Romeo and Cruz in 2002 and 2005 respectively.
They have moved to Madrid and LA with David's career.
Victoria has had many projects since the Spice Girls split. She has released singles - 'Out Of
Your Mind', 'Not Such An Innocent Girl', 'A Mind Of It's Own', 'This Groove' and 'Let Your Head Go' (all of which
got into the UK top 6) and one album, 'Victoria Beckham' in 2001. She has also pursued TV and fashion, with clothing and
perfume lines, fashion shows, numerous TV documentaries about her life with David Beckham including a documentary leading
up to their hosing a dinner party and documentaries of them moving to Madrid and later LA. Victoria has also
released 2 books, 'Learning To Fly' (an autobiography getting to Number 1 in book charts) and 'That Extra Half an Inch: Hair,
Heels and Everything In Between' (a fashion and beauty bible).
In 2007, she joined the other Spice Girls to prepare for their reunion tour. Her children and husband have been
regulars in the audience to support her.
